Veterinarian Referral Program

PoochPads understands that in most practice settings, there is little or no room to stock
products that you might like to recommend and sell to your clients, especially products
that fulfill a very special need. Because of your limitations of space, PoochPads has
initiated an incentive referral program that will enable you to give your clients the
opportunity to get the products you recommend and still be paid a commission for that
referral. It’s easy!

1. Complete the online registration form.  Click here to go to registration form.
   
2. After we receive your registration information, you will be issued a referral number
   and sent a supply of pre-printed PoochPad prescription pads.  These pads list all
   of our products, our Internet address, and have your referral number printed on
   them.  In addition, you will have the opportunity to purchase a sample package at
   our cost of $ 50.00 (not regular wholesale prices) that consist of 1 of each size of
   PoochPants (our incontinence garment), 1 PoochPad, and a small PoochPad Ultra-
   Dry Kennel Pad. (This will enable your client to actually see what you are
   recommending)
   
3. When a client has a need that can be satisfied by one of our products,
   (incontinence, training, recovery), just place a check mark beside the appropriate
   product(s) and give the “prescription” to you client. Our web address is right there  
   on the prescription pad.
   
4. When your client orders our products online, there is a box on their check-out
   screen instructing them to enter your referral number to identify your practice as
   the referral agency.
   
5. PoochPad will pay you a 15% commission on each and every sale. This
   commission can be either applied as a credit to your next PoochPad order if you
   are using our products in your practice, or we will send you a monthly check.
